Role Overview
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to supercharge our performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. You’ll own paid media, SEM, email marketing, and CRO—driving the metrics that fuel Geviti’s expansion. This is a highly strategic, hands-on position where you can make an immediate impact on how we reach and retain our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing & SEM Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop robust keyword strategies and landing pages for Google Search and YouTube growth.
- Track and iterate on CAC, ROAS, and LTV to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Email Marketing & Customer RetentionOwn email automation, segmentations, and nurture flows (e.g., drip campaigns, cart abandonment).
- Use A/B testing and behavioral targeting to improve engagement, conversions, and renewals.
- Grow customer lifetime value through re-engagement and referral campaigns.
- Website Conversion Optimization (CRO)Leverage A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to refine landing pages for higher conversions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams on lead-gen pages and optimized user flows.
- Reduce bounce rates and increase checkout completions using data-driven insights.
- Analytics & ReportingBuild dashboards to monitor performance KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Team up with content and SEO to align paid initiatives with organic growth tactics.
- Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and rapid experimentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years in performance marketing channels (e.g. SEM, email marketing, and paid social).
- Proven record of scaling paid media campaigns profitably (Google, Meta, YouTube).
- Experience with email automation platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Expert in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and optimize campaign data.
- Health, wellness, or other early stage subscription-based DTC experience is a plus.
