Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team as our first dedicated sales hire. This role is perfect for a closer who thrives on turning leads into customers. We provide pre-qualified appointments, so there’s no cold-calling or prospecting required. Your main focus will be to convert these appointments into sales by showcasing our premium steam room products and demonstrating their value to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend pre-scheduled, qualified appointments with potential clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value of our premium steam rooms.
• Drive sales through consultative selling, addressing customer needs, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams regarding customer preferences, needs, and concerns.
• Manage sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and follow-up communications.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Occasionally transport products to demonstration sites using a truck and trailer.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape to better serve our customers.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in high-ticket or premium products.
• Exceptional closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a truck with a trailer (training can be provided).
• Comfortable with in-person meetings and product demonstrations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales processes and product features.
• Willingness to occasionally travel within the Miami area for client appointments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in home improvement, luxury goods, or related fields.
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot).
• Knowledge or interest in wellness products or home renovation.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
