About CTE:
Geyserville New Tech Academy has offered an agriculture program since 1972. Our district is committed to advancing this program into the future with groundbreaking courses and a state of the art facility. Our Career and Technical Education program prepares students for careers in sustainable agriculture and technology, equipping them to be successful in the current (and future) job market of our ag-centric region.
While direct instruction typically begins in a classroom setting, the PBL approach means lessons are applied and usually culminate in an end product, making use of our on-campus farm, fields and orchard. We are proud to be innovating, collaborating, and upgrading our campus inside and out to provide students and teachers with better access to the spaces, facilities, tools, and curriculum that realize the potential schools have to shape young people’s futures in a positive way.
