The Department Manager - Mechanical / Hydraulic Maintenance oversees a team of technicians responsible for mechanical and hydraulic system reliability in HPDC processes. This role ensures timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise and lead a team of mechanical and hydraulic technicians.
Oversee maintenance schedules for die casting machines and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical/hydraulic issues.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure safety compliance and best maintenance practices.
Other duties as assigned
Associate degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
5 years of experience in mechanical/hydraulic maintenance with at least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in HPDC or metal casting industries.
