Your tasks
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute automation and robotics strategies to optimize production efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of robotics and automation specialists.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to drive innovation and improvement.
- Ensure automation initiatives align with overall plant goals and industry best practices.
- Automation & Robotics Operations:
- Oversee the programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, etc.).
- Manage the integration of automation systems, including PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMIs, and SCADA.
- Ensure optimal functionality of robotic cells, vision systems, and automated material handling systems.
- Develop predictive and preventive maintenance plans for automation and robotics assets.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects related to automation and robotics.
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in industrial automation and robotics, preferably in HPDC or automotive manufacturing.
