Your tasks
- First contact for engineering and technical matters
- Commissioning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance measures with suppliers and coordinating them with the relevant production areas.
- Planning and coordinating maintenance measures in the event of planned production interruptions
- Implementing and leading digital transformation projects related to maintenance
- Incorporating the use of AI to make sure the maintenance reliability is met.
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and predict failures using techniques like predictive maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
- Develop and manage the lifecycle plans for equipment, ensuring that maintenance strategies align with the asset's operational life and performance requirements in a highly automized environment. Maintaining maintenance-relevant data in SAP S4Hana
- Ordering spare parts
- Ensuring and improving the required system availability
- Evaluation of MES data
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance planning or related role within the automotive industry, manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment.
