We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Area General Manager.
The Area General Manager's position is a property-based role overseeing multiple hotel assets in support of the Vice President of Operations. This person will be based at the Bay Valley Resort and Conference Center will assiting with the management of additional properties.
The Area General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including improving financial performance, operational and financial controls, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction scores, and developing and retaining a strong management and hourly associate team. The Area General Manager must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with hotel owners and corporate offices, as required. Ability to mentor, train and motivate property level General Managers.
Requirements:
Prior Hotel GM experience, 4 or more years.
Complex, Area or multi property support experience preferred.
Proven track record of directing and motivating the management team to achieveand exceed goals. Must possess excellent diplomacy and team-building skills.
