Our hotel in Greenville, SC offers complimentary shuttle service to and from GSP airport, high-speed wireless internet, business center, 24/7 fitness center, and an outdoor (seasonal) pool. Located minutes from Greenville Spartanburg Airport, downtown Greenville, and within walking distance to a variety of popular restaurants, our hotel boasts one of the best locations in Greenville.

We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. This is a part time role, nights and weekend availability needed.

  • Responsible for counting cash, and maintaining accuracy of issued cash drawer at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift.
  • Daily checks the front desk log for problems, special requests, etc.
  • Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
  • Transmits and receives telephone messages when necessary.
  • Works closely with the reservations department to ensure arrival dates on reservations are correct.
  • Communicates all information to the following shift to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Works closely with all hotel departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service.
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Explains in-room and hotel features.
  • Responsible for completing all required shift paperwork and reports as assigned by management.
  • Responsible for completing all end of shift cash closing procedures.
  • Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
  • Computes bill, collects payment, and makes changes for guests.
  • Makes and confirms reservations.
  • Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to ledger.
  • Completes daily-required shift checklists.
  • Must wear required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
