We're hiring a Front Office Manager
. Open schedule, days-nights, weekends and holidays.

  • Direct and oversee the selection, hiring, scheduling, and training of qualified employees.
  • Conduct effective department meetings and counseling sessions.
  • Conduct timely performance and salary reviews.
  • Monitor service and teamwork on a regular basis.
  • Resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination, as appropriate.
  • Achieve guest satisfaction goals by supervising the Front Office operation.
  • Oversee and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests.
  • Check daily for VIP rooms and special accommodation requests.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Attend pre-convention and post-convention meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate group arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain room security by providing effective key control.
  • Oversee mail and message delivery.
  • Respond to positive and negative comments expressed in comment cards and develop strategies to improve guest services Must have a flexible schedule

Required to work from 40-50 hours per week or maybe more depending on business demands

Prior Hilton experience preferred

Great personality and strong managing skills
