We're hiring a Front Office Manager. Open schedule, days-nights, weekends and holidays.
- Direct and oversee the selection, hiring, scheduling, and training of qualified employees.
- Conduct effective department meetings and counseling sessions.
- Conduct timely performance and salary reviews.
- Monitor service and teamwork on a regular basis.
- Resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination, as appropriate.
- Achieve guest satisfaction goals by supervising the Front Office operation.
- Oversee and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests.
- Check daily for VIP rooms and special accommodation requests.
- Respond to guest complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
- Attend pre-convention and post-convention meetings as needed.
- Coordinate group arrivals and departures.
- Maintain room security by providing effective key control.
- Oversee mail and message delivery.
- Respond to positive and negative comments expressed in comment cards and develop strategies to improve guest services Must have a flexible schedule
Required to work from 40-50 hours per week or maybe more depending on business demands
Prior Hilton experience preferred
Great personality and strong managing skills
