Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites York, PA Northeast, which is conveniently located minutes from Route 30 and I-83. "Stay Smart" when visiting the Harley Davidson, York College, Strand Capital Theatre and the York Expo Center.
We're currently hiring a Housekeeping Houseperson for our team. As a Houseperson you will be responsible for the set -up, cleaning and maintenance of the hotel including vacuuming floors and cleaning walls/windows. You will also be responsible for proper care, movement and storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, risers and dance floor lecterns. This position also requires proper control and storage of supplies.
- Must be able to bend, squat and lift up to 75lbs on a regular and continuing basis.
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250lbs on a regular and continuing basis
- This position requires good communication with guests, supervisors and other employees
