Job Summary :
As a Client Communication Attorney at GFI, your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our client interactions. You will be the primary legal contact for clients, ensuring that all communications are handled with professionalism, empathy, integrity, and legal acumen. This role requires a keen ability to manage complex legal issues while providing clear, understandable explanations to our clients. Your efforts will directly impact our clients' understanding of their legal options and our ability to manage their cases effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely responses to team inquiries concerning legal matters arising from client interactions.
- Maintain direct communication with clients to inform and update them on case progress and legal strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and coordinate legal cases effectively.
- Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes, judicial decisions, and agency rulings.
- Stay updated on legislative changes that may affect immigration law.
- Formulate solutions to complex legal questions.
- Perform other job duties as assigned to support our mission.
