Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to join our in-house team. This role is perfect for someone who loves capturing powerful stories, has a strong understanding of video production (including cameras, lighting, and sound), and is equally comfortable behind the lens and in the editing suite.

Key Responsibilities
Filming & Production:
- Record content for YouTube, social media, and other platforms.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment to ensure high-quality production.
- Set up and break down equipment for shoots in various locations, including our office, client interviews, studios, and events.
- Ensure proper lighting and sound adjustments for a polished final product.
- Coordinate with the content producer and marketing team to capture engaging and visually compelling content.
Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Incorporate motion graphics, subtitles, color correction, and sound design to enhance videos.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and storytelling approach across all content.
- Optimize content for different platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, our website and internal material
- Manage video storage, organization, and backups.
- Work closely with the producer, other editors, and marketing team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, transported, and stored
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and After effects preferably)
- Experience with lighting setups and sound recording techniques for professional video production.
- Knowledge of frame rates, resolution settings, and video formats for different platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Passion for storytelling and creating impactful video content.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a creative team.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and willing to take on different roles in production when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to travel
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or color grading is a plus.
- Fluency in the Spanish language is a mandatory requirement
- Availability to work on weekends as needed
- Adobe Suite knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects)
