Responsibilities :
Revise immigration forms.
Draft / revise legal documents.
Ensure all cases are reviewed promptly and adhere to the firm's standards.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members.
Participate in periodic team meetings to enhance team performance and provide feedback.
Complete key performance indicators to evaluate team performance.
Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements and skills :
High school diploma required; college experience preferred.
Able to work in a target / goal-driven position with weekly targets adjusted by the department team lead and supervisor.
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent multitasking skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail.
Adaptability to new policies and procedures.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Team-oriented mindset.
A proactive approach to learning and development.
Demonstrates a high level of accountability, ensuring responsibilities are met and owning up to the outcomes of tasks.
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with immigration applications such as Adjustment of Status, VAWA Petitions, Naturalizations, T-Visa, U-Visa, and B2 Visas is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be offered.
