Branch Manager

Summary: Provide oversight for the daily operations of a branch office and ensures that the staff operates within set policies and procedures. Has responsibility for branch growth, member satisfaction and staff development always adhering to GFA’s corporate mission, visions and values.
- Provide direct oversight to the daily operations and management of a branch office ensuring that the branch operates in an efficient manner adhering to all policies and procedures including lobby management, outbound calling and business calls.
- Provide training, coaching, development and motivation for credit union personnel. Work with branch personnel to meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals.
- Plans and implements programs taking initiative to ensure that branch sales, budget and market share goals are set.
- Evaluate, identify and recommend products to members to assist with their financial well-being.
- Assist staff to resolve any operational issues that may arise; possess a working knowledge of all line duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related job experience.
3 years in a management told
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of confidentiality and accuracy
Strong organization skills and the ability to multi task
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong customer service skills
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
Demonstrated leadership skills and decision making skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,579.00 - $65,000.00 per year
