What You'll Do
- Collaborate with experienced architects and designers on real-world projects.
- Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of architecture and interior design.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Learn about the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
- Build lasting friendships with fellow interns and team members.
- Perform architectural assignments within given parameters alongside respective project teams
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and performing analytical tasks for team/client review as needed
- Help compile data and conducts research for the project team
- Participate in officewide initiatives and/or intern specific projects with presentations to peer group
- Perform work in a manner that demonstrates an appreciation for the firm’s cultural norms, including a commitment to quality, innovation, learning and growth
- Become skilled in fostering and maintaining a collaborative professional working relationship with the project team
- Foster awareness of the firm’s principles of ‘design excellence’ in the integration of responsible and sustainable design practice with the art of design
- Creative thinkers with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Revit or other BIM drafting and presentation tools including Rhino3D, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in team environment
