• Present personalized policy options and quote calculations to meet customers' needs
• Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exceptional customer service skills
• Modify insurance coverage as needed by assessing accuracy, coverage, and limits
• Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to drive sales and current customer success
• Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into new clients
Qualifications:
• Collaborative approach to sales with a goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and high school diploma required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Valid state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License
• In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and their key differentiators
