Pickleball Instructors at Creekside Facility

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging and structured pickleball classes for players of all ages and skill levels.

- Organize and lead drills, clinics, and events to promote skill development.

- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

- Collaborate with the facility management to develop and enhance programming.

- Promote memberships, rentals, and pro shop sales to maximize revenue

Required Skills :1. Pickleball Proficiency: Strong understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques, with a proven ability to play at a competitive level

.2. Instructional Skills: Experience in teaching or coaching individuals and groups, with the ability to adapt instruction to varying skill levels.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with students and promote a positive learning environment.

4. Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and execute drills, clinics, and events efficiently.

5. Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience for players and members

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
