Position Overview
The Commercial Learning and Leadership Development (CL&LD) team is hiring a coordinator to support learning activities for Psychiatry, Addiction, Market Access, and Leadership Development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding New Hires
Manage the new hire training process, including materials, communication, and LMS / LXP assignments.
Coordinate training sessions, hotel contracts, and logistics for new hire events.
Project and Budget Management
Track project deliverables and update stakeholders.
Organize surveys and analyze results for training initiatives.
Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and accounts payable processes.
Tools and Platform Support
Manage content and reporting in the Learner Experience Platform (LXP).
Assist with user testing and troubleshooting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
4 years of experience in training coordination or project management.
Experience with LMS / LXP platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
