Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitates development and execution of project plans including :
- Responsible for managing, scheduling and facilitating project meetings
- Manage project / team correspondence and record-keeping such as agenda plans, meeting minutes, project schedules and action / decision logs ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly circulated, and stored
- Oversee projects and when problems arise, or work is falling behind schedule, communicate with the project manager and team members about the issue.
- Monitoring progress and managing potential emerging risk areas, gaps or opportunities for improvement in collaboration with team leads and / or program manger
- Provides project leadership to the product team and key sub-teams across research and development; ensuring clear and open communication
- Collaborate with function and / or project leads to identify, define and communicate project requirements, scope and objectives
- Support forecasting and budget activities in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Manages assignments and prioritized work & time to meet department deadlines
