At Tovala, we're seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to proactively drive our multi-channel strategy and customer acquisition. This marketing expert will manage budgets, improve campaigns, and continuously hunt for untapped opportunities and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve. Acting as the connective tissue between our agency partners, creative team and performance goals, you'll implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI. How you'll spend your time
- Implementing and optimizing channel strategy across multiple platforms (e.g. TV, OOH, podcasts, digital) to drive acquisition and meet performance targets
- Building and fostering strong agency relationships to maximize creative output and campaign performance
- Allocating budgets strategically across channels to optimize for acquisition targets and ROI
- Identifying and testing new channels and tactics to diversify acquisition sources
- Designing and conducting experiments to optimize campaign performance and effectiveness
- Collaborating with creative team to develop compelling ad assets that resonate with target audiences
- Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights to inform strategy
- Identifying opportunities in the customer acquisition funnel to improve channel performance and conversion rates
- Balancing multiple priorities and projects as a multi-faceted marketing strategist
- Building reporting to communicate performance metrics and the “so what” to key stakeholders
