At Tovala, we're seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to proactively drive our multi-channel strategy and customer acquisition. This marketing expert will manage budgets, improve campaigns, and continuously hunt for untapped opportunities and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve. Acting as the connective tissue between our agency partners, creative team and performance goals, you'll implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI. How you'll spend your time

  • Implementing and optimizing channel strategy across multiple platforms (e.g. TV, OOH, podcasts, digital) to drive acquisition and meet performance targets
  • Building and fostering strong agency relationships to maximize creative output and campaign performance
  • Allocating budgets strategically across channels to optimize for acquisition targets and ROI
  • Identifying and testing new channels and tactics to diversify acquisition sources
  • Designing and conducting experiments to optimize campaign performance and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with creative team to develop compelling ad assets that resonate with target audiences
  • Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights to inform strategy
  • Identifying opportunities in the customer acquisition funnel to improve channel performance and conversion rates
  • Balancing multiple priorities and projects as a multi-faceted marketing strategist
  • Building reporting to communicate performance metrics and the “so what” to key stakeholders

About you

  • 5 years experience in growth marketing with proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Expertise in performance marketing across multiple platforms (TV, OOH, podcasts, digital)
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets efficiently across various channels
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and UTM tracking
  • Demonstrated success building and managing external agency relationships
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance data and extract actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Strategic thinker who can align channel strategy with business objectives
  • Obsession with growth marketing tactics and strategy, constantly consuming industry content through blogs, podcasts and other platforms to stay ahead of trends
