Daily Rate : $900

GFT is looking for a Lead Data Scientist who will be part of a highly impactful innovation project. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient Generative AI solutions for a global banking industry client. As a GFT team member you will be part of a high performing team of executives within a 10,000 and growing, global organization developing and implementing technology solutions for its clients and partners.

Responsibilities :

Generative AI Development : Design, build, and implement Generative AI

solutions with a focus on fine-tuning and techniques such as Retrieval-

Augmented Generation (RAG);

Research and Development : Lead and participate in research activities to

explore and advance state-of-the-art Generative AI techniques, adopting new

methods and approaches as necessary;

Monitoring Ongoing Research : Stay actively engaged in monitoring ongoing

research efforts, keeping abreast of emerging trends, and ensuring that the

Generative AI team remains at the forefront of the field;

Testing and Experimentation : Define tests and experiments to assess the

relevance and feasibility of Generative AI solutions for business use cases;

Asset Development : Contribute to the growth of a catalogue of common assets,

such as code templates, libraries, utilities, and services.

Mandatory Requirements :

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Data Scientist;

Leadership Experience;

Proven track record of building and deploying Generative AI solutions, particularly with fine-tuning or RAG techniques.

Education : M.Sc or Ph.D. in Mathematics.
