Pay range : $24.00 per hour based on experience plus shift differential pay
First several weeks of training on first shift
Available positions : 3rd shift (M-Th 4x10 hour schedule)

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in chemistry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a chemical operator or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including SOPs and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting process control systems a plus.
Essential Responsibilities :
You will be trained in performing fascinating processes to manufacture chemicals used in automotive, pharmaceuticals, electronics, agrochemical, and energy commercial applications. You will learn multiple work centers over time allowing a changing work environment each day.
