This individual will play a key role in streamlining data processes, reducing manual data entry, and minimizing errors within the organization. Experience with Command Alkon is highly desired, as this role involves optimizing data workflows to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management:
- Perform data uploads and extractions across multiple software platforms with precision and timeliness.
- Monitor and verify data accuracy to ensure all records are complete and consistent.
- System Integration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate and optimize data workflows between various software systems.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring smooth data transitions across applications.
- Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to eliminate manual data entry tasks.
- Work with stakeholders to create efficient processes that reduce errors and improve data quality.
- Command Alkon Utilization:
- Leverage Command Alkon experience to optimize data handling within the platform.
- Train team members on best practices for data use and integration within Command Alkon.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments to understand data needs and address challenges.
- Generate regular reports on data accuracy, processing times, and error rates.

- 5 years of experience required with ETL across software applications
- Command Alkon Series software experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
- Strong understanding of database systems and data processing workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in data processes and suggest improvements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data integration and automation tools
