Summary Description:
The Artwork/Packaging Project Coordinator manages multiple projects within a fast-paced organization, across a multi-functional team. This individual is responsible for the coordination of all primary and secondary packaging as well as additional art pieces for both the Gorilla Glue and O’Keeffe’s brands.

Duties:
- Manage brand artwork and packaging changes including management of all timelines and delivery schedules.
- Manages design team capacity in Monday.com to ensure projects are assigned and completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Assist in the implementation of special merchandising display configurations to meet brand and sales team selling objectives.
- Responsible for management and training of internal proofing and tracking system, PageProof.
- Serve as the liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure timely and error-free artwork proofing and submission.
- Manage retail display specifications and retail-specific approval process.
- Responsible for the packaging and artwork translation process with third party vendors.
- Responsible for marketing approval of new packaging and retail displays.
- Maintain product and marketing copy documents for all products.
- Assist with other cross-functional procurement/art approval projects as needed.
- Assist with other brand marketing work as needed.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) Required
- 2-3 years of project management experience required
Skills:
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
- Should be confident and outgoing, able to work well under pressure and succeed within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and be deadline driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a multi-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with production printers, printing process is a plus.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, reach, bend, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see, and lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as reading handwritten and or typed material and must have the ability to focus.
