This National Account Manager role identifies and develops various channel opportunities for OKeeffes products across North American Food, Drug, and Mass Merchandising channels. This position will be responsible for executing and assisting in the development of omni-channel customer sales initiatives while managing key account business within their respective channels. It will deliver financial and fiscal opportunities for our brand(s), lead the development of opportunities to achieve the customer plan, support the brand strategy agenda at the customer, leverage customer insights, optimize growth levers with a multifunctional team and sales, and support the analysis of relevant key performance indicators.

What will your day look like?
- Developing plans for respective retailers while delivering financial expectations, brand vision, and corporate financial goals
- Achieve targeted sales objectives for revenue and profitability consistent with the annual business plan through identification of business opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to develop unique and profitable product offerings
- As the ideal candidate, you will be comfortable interfacing with buying teams in a fast-paced growth environment while driving visibility to leadership on business details
- Develop relationships and form strategic alliances with assigned account. Plan and conduct business review meetings to ensure customer is kept current on product line, features, and brand strategy.
- You will be capable of leading and equipped to adapt to business needs while managing through opportunities resulting in positive outcomes
- Keep current on customer/competitor situations and generate plans to ensure market share objectives are achieved
- You have a strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skill set capable of planning, forecasting, and analyzing consumption trends leveraging to maximize sales
- Ongoing in depth understanding of budget tracking, assess & develop strategies to deliver goals, while providing visibility and contingency plans to deliver budget
- Build multiyear strategies with detailed building blocks for growth to support company growth plans
- Knows how to spot and capitalize on opportunities and can secure leadership support for key business opportunities. Effectively lead and execute every step of the customers sales process.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelors Degree; 5 years of leadership experience
- Risk Management: Anticipate risks and identify contingency plans and processes to prevent disruptions when risks occur
- Relationship Management: Able to establish and maintain key relationships with cross-functional partners both internally and externally
- Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
- Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
- Planning & Priority Setting: Demonstrate an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals
- Process Management: Can identify and articulate the processes necessary to get things done efficiently and effectively & focus on continuous process improvements
- Systems and Tools Acumen: Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, TPM
- Pace: Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment with flexible workstyle to adapt to changing priorities
- Change Management: Ability to adapt to changing environment and lead others through change
- Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator (written and verbal) including active listening ability, fact-based selling and presentation skills
- Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills to achieve results (both internally and externally)
