Summary Description
This position is a key business partner to our Asia Pacific Leadership Team, providing analytical insights, process oversight, and reporting. You will proactively support the business with financial analytics, pricing strategy, long-term growth plans, and other financial measures. In addition, this role will require understanding market trends, competitive analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining strong internal controls while maximizing the company’s return on investments to drive revenue and improve the business strategically.

What will your day look like?
- Financial Planning support to APAC Sales & Brand Leaders, providing forecast and analysis across the region P&L to deliver business objectives & financial targets.
- Sit on the Asia Pacific Leadership Team as the finance subject matter expert and provide input on the regional strategy & business results.
- Partner with Tax and Accounting peers to understand how regional growth strategies impact legal entities and tax filings.
- Lead the preparation and review of annual plans & forecasts for the full P&L for the region.
- Update monthly management reporting, including product and customer-level profitability. Provide detailed support for understanding variances, including sales volume, trade spend, price volume mix analysis, and cost center spending.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and forecasts.
- Support trade accounting processes, including monthly trade accruals, analysis, and customer investment modeling
- Partner with local sales and marketing teams to develop annual pricing strategies for new markets and products.
- In partnership with Brand, work on new product launches and initiatives, co-assessing the financial impacts with the brand management and sales team to create financially optimized plans.
- Consult with business partners to identify opportunities to enhance revenue and reduce costs and operational complexity.
- Conduct and lead periodic special projects, for the team or across brands.
- Present ideas and recommendations to senior-level executives.
Qualifications
Education
- Preferred B.S. degree in Finance and/or Accounting
Experience and Background
- 7 years of Finance experience
- Outstanding analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication; projects confidence facing senior management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks; strong project management skills
- Experience building and managing relationships across functions and regions
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data
- Proficient in Excel and other data visualization tools (e.g., PBI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
- Have demonstrated skill in assessing the financial impact of business actions and recommending a strategy.
- Proven track record of planning, organizing, and leading cross-functional projects
- Prior history with planning software such as Oracle preferred
