Role Overview: As a Leasing Agent at SDRE Homebuyers, you will play a crucial role in managing property listings, conducting showings, and guiding potential tenants through the leasing process. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Maintain and manage property listings, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Client Engagement: Conduct property showings and provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants.
- Application Processing: Screen applicants and facilitate the leasing process from application to move-in.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends and property values to effectively market available units.
- Collaboration: Work with the management team to develop marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
Qualifications:
- Active California real estate license is required.
- Bilingual is preferred but not necessary.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with property management software and leasing procedures is a plus.
