You will:
- Disc, cultivate, and weed fields to prepare for planting.
- Spray crops using organic farming practices to ensure healthy growth.
- Supervise and schedule the harvest crew, ensuring timely and efficient harvests.
- Plan and manage the planting and harvest schedules.
- Prepare beds for transplanting and ensure proper soil conditions.
- Generate reports on yield and time for analysis and record-keeping.
- Perform light mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on farming equipment.
You have:
- Experience in farming operations, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting.
- Knowledge of organic agricultural practices and crop management.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and schedule a crew of 10-15 people.
- Ability to prepare and manage planting and harvest schedules.
- Experience with basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in generating and interpreting yield and time reports.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring optimal crop growth and yield.
