About the role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to educate them on gutter protection, roofing, and siding solutions, helping them make informed decisions about their home improvement needs. This is a high-energy, high-reward role where motivated individuals can maximize their earnings with pre-set appointments and a proven sales process. No cold calling—just closing deals.
What you'll do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for scheduled sales appointments.
- Present and demonstrate gutter protection, seamless gutters, roofing, and siding solutions.
- Overcome objections and guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within a 90-mile territory.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday.
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
