About the role
Gutter Guards America & GGA Roofing is looking for an experienced Install Manager to oversee roofing, siding, and gutter protection installation projects. This role is responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring project quality, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in recruiting, CRM knowledge, and the ability to manage payment collections.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee roofing and gutter protection installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
- Recruit, train, and manage installation crews, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Implement best practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Utilize CRM software to manage project schedules, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee the collection of payments, ensure timely invoicing, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of project management experience in the construction or home improvement industry, specifically in gutters and roofing.
- Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing installation teams.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems for project and client management.
- Experience handling payment collections, invoicing, and follow-ups.
