About the role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners navigate the insurance claim process for roof repairs and replacements. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and newcomers to the industry. This is a full-time, independent contractor (1099) position.
What you'll do
- Canvass and scout neighborhoods
- Educate homeowners on our options including financing
- Inspect roofs for damage
- Conduct necessary repairs for insurance process
- Monitor and track current storms
- Knock doors to generate leads
- Run appointments in assigned territories
- Assist homeowners with the insurance claim process
- Represent our brand professionally and ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfort with working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to overcome objections
- Strong presentation skills
