Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day human resources functions, including job postings, resume screening, onboarding, staff training and performance reviews.Maintain accurate information in our HR systems and supplier portals
• Assist in handling employee relations issues, provide constructive support and guidance, and ensure a harmonious work environment.Facilitate preboarding and onboarding for all new hires
• Maintain employee records and organize payroll data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in formulating and implementing company policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for daily administrative tasks including document filing, meeting scheduling, procurement of work supplies and inventory management.
• Support the administrative needs of the warehouse or logistics department and optimize administrative processes.
• Manage the registration and maintenance of company equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Complete other work tasks assigned by the department supervisor on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources, business administration or related fields is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in human resources or administrative management, familiar with the workflow of the warehouse or logistics industry is preferred
• Familiar with US labor laws, relevant regulations and human resources policies to ensure compliance.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, able to handle tasks and communicate in a bilingual environment.
