Counter Staff responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting and enhancing their orders, receiving payments, issuing receipts, wrapping food packages, and maintaining the cashier counter area, lobby, inside tables, floor, take out supplies, pastries, beverages, and chips.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and a strong understanding of operating a point-of-sales system and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional hospitality.
