Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist & Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up operating and programming CNC machines to produce highquality components according to blueprints and specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling milling turning and grinding
Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the appropriate machining process
Write and modify CNC programs using Gcode and CAM software
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines or programming
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist & Programmer
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
Strong knowledge of Gcode and CAM software
Experience with various CNC machines and tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
