Minimum Required Education & Experience :
A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Systems Safety Software engineer or related role.
- Degree in Systems Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering Robotics or a related field.
- Experience in safety critical software development (as a developer) preferably using a modeling tool like Simulink or SCADE and converting to C / C
- Experience developing Level of Rigor artifacts needed for compliance to safety standards
- Experience (specific examples) of coordinating with systems teams test teams and dev teams to generate safety features
- Experience with 26262
- MIL STD 882E
- ASILD
