IPM Supervisor

• Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings — Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems and report to manager immediately
• Ensure fertilizers are being mixed correctly by members of his team
• Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process-related topics

·         Ensure proper mix and application of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides through sprays, dusts, vapors, soil incorporation

·         Oversees all duties and activities of assigned team

·         Autonomously work with Sr Cultivation to ensure health of the plants is known

·         Oversee cleaning and service of machinery to ensure operating efficiency, using water, gasoline, lubricants, or hand tools.

·         Supervise GH cleaning post-harvest.

·         Log all application dates and what was applied-spray log

·         Ensure all PPE is properly worn according to the label, and safety SOPs are followed by all members of the team

·         Perform other duties as assigned.

·         Maintain drip and drain report

·         Ensure dosing of microbials and other Venturi applications.

·         Dispersion of beneficial insects.
