GH2 Architects, LLC, a full-service architecture, and design firm with over 50 years of experience and offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, and Denver, is seeking a Marketing / Proposal Coordinator to join our growing team.
Our collaborative Marketing and Business Development teams are passionate about providing engaging proposals in support of our staff of architects, landscape architects, and interior designers. The ideal candidate will work directly with our marketing team, business development team, firm management, and project managers on several marketing fronts including producing exceptional material for project pursuits. Strong composition and writing skills are highly recommended. The position will be working both in-person and virtually with team members and project team leads firm-wide. Ideal candidates will have proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – specifically InDesign – and have strong graphic, writing, and organizational skills. The position will be located in Tulsa, OK and will work both in-person and virtually with team members firm-wide.
PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
o Draft and refine proposals, statements of qualifications, project presentation materials involved in the proposal process that are accurate, concise, and engaging
o Maintain standardized collateral materials including resumes, project descriptions, photographs, etc
o Maintain firm project and contact databases
o Maintain firm brand guidelines across all marketing materials
QUALIFICATIONS
o Bachelor’s degree. Marketing or similar preferred.
o Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
o 5 years’ experience, and/or in-house experience trained in pursuit process.
o Ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
o Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proactive planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are a must.
o Strong communication skills.
o Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment with a dispersed team.
o Experience using OpenAsset, Cosential, and SharePoint is a benefit but not required.
o As a multi-faceted firm, candidates will be flexible to support additional firm efforts as required.
