This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold safety and functionality standards.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns to management.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
