Leasing Agent
Location: Fort Smith, AR
Are you a dynamic, customer-focused individual with a passion for real estate and helping people find their perfect home? Ghan & Cooper is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team!
Position Overview
As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our community, providing exceptional service to current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, via phone, and email.
- Conduct property tours and highlight the benefits of living at our properties.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve occupancy goals.
- Assist with community events and marketing efforts as needed.
Requirements
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Appfolio is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
