Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing leasing activities, fostering strong relationships with prospective tenants, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a solid understanding of property management, and the ability to navigate various administrative tasks effectively.
Duties
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the community.
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Manage tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including data entry into property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or concerns effectively.
- Support marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and enhance community visibility.
- Stay informed about local real estate trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to potential tenants.
Requirements
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong legal administrative skills with knowledge of relevant regulations governing leasing agreements.
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes and customer relationship management systems.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance requests is a plus.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in office software applications and comfortable learning new technology platforms.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
