Apartment Make Ready Tech

The Make Ready Technician performs general apartment remodels and repairs to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing apartments for move in, diagnosing/troubleshoots, outlets, light fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, and locks. The Make Ready Technician follows a planned preventative rehab schedule and follows up with residents after repairs are complete.
Requirements:
· Valid Drivers License
· Dependable transportation
· Ability to pass background, reference check and drug test
