Dental Office Front Desk Check-in/Check-out

Job Responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in person, answering inquiries and directing them through the registration process
• Utilize a multi-line phone system, printer, copier, and scanner.
• Schedule appointments using Dentrix dental software
• Collect patient's insurance information, verify insurance eligibility/benefits and collect payments
• Through positive communication, make each patient feel informed, understood, and special.
• Applicant must be able to pursue activities with focus and drive and can be counted on to complete tasks.

Job Qualifications: * Prior experience in a Dental/Medical office setting preferred.

• Must have knowledge of basic computer software, and the ability to learn dental software
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Communicates well with patients, referring offices, and other team members
• Ability to follow OSHA/HIPAA guidelines
