Who are we looking for?
GHD's Southeast Environmental group has an opportunity for an Environmental Project Engineer / Scientist in Florida ! This position is an integral part of our environmental services group and requires a diverse array of skills and abilities to provide technical management of environmental assessment, remediation, compliance, or due diligence projects, to support the growth of the practice, and to accomplish the objectives of the team.
In this role, you will be tasked with supporting and managing GHD's existing environmental projects in Florida and surrounding states in the southeast. This role will require a strong technical background in environmental assessment, remediation, compliance, and / or due diligence.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in :
- Participating & leading project teams in the planning, design, and execution environmental compliance, due diligence, assessment, and remedial programs
- Project management and leadership of various environmental due diligence, assessment, remediation, and compliance projects including maintenance of project scope, schedule, budget and quality through the coordination of project teams and via direct client communication
- Supporting existing GHD clients with the implementation of cost-effective and innovative solutions to address their environmental liabilities and concerns
- Identifying and supporting business development, client expansion, and proposal development activities for our environmental practice based in Tampa, Florida
- Supporting GHD's development of environmental projects in the public and private sector throughout our Southeast region
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
