Key Responsibilities
- Technically guide junior staff and contribute to the preparation of detailed CAD drawings and construction documents for various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members and subconsultants, direct tasks, and conduct quality checks and procedures to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Develop design concept drawings and ideas, contributing to the creative process and project development.
- Be part of a positive work environment and support cohesive project teams.
- Calculate quantities and costing for projects, providing essential data for project planning and budgeting.
- Provide professional assistance to our construction management team in Redding, ensuring accurate inspections, calculations, and records.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and agency personnel, providing support to the project managers.
- Opportunities often exist to support construction management for local agencies, providing inspections and contract administration.

Salary Range : $ 78,000 -117,000 based on experience.
