GHG Home Care is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our growing office!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be offering administrative support across the organization. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, faxing, drafting emails and redirecting phone calls, assisting with payroll and billing.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Assist case management in service authorization documents
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, email and faxes.
  • Assist with EVV verification and timekeeping
  • Assist with HHAeXchange system making sure all info is up to date for proper billing.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, drafting and faxing
  • Assisting with monthly caregiver training (scanning, filing, follow up with caregivers if needed)

Requirements

  • BILINGUAL IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A PLUS!
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Home Health Care Knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Experience with HHAeXchange is a Plus!

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

  • Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
