- Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.
- Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with memory care needs or hospice care requirements as needed.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members regarding client status.
Skills
- Experience in home community care or senior care is highly desirable.
