We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven CAD Drafter/Designer to join our team and contribute to project designs that enhance our environment, assist our Client’s realize their visions, and elevate our community.
Job Description:
As a CAD Drafter/Designer, you will work closely with our survey and design staff, Professional Land Surveyors, Professional Engineers, and project managers to assist in creating, refining, and implementing CAD standards and processes. You will play a key role in drafting and designing plans for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficiency in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update survey and design drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D or other CAD software based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and other team members to integrate data into designs.
- Assist engineers and designers in developing and refining CAD drawing / standards.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Photoshop, and other productivity tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing project requirements.
