Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Accessioning Manager. The Accessioning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday management of specimen accessioning processes including sample labeling data entry and quality control. The role involves coordinating with laboratory processes and appropriate departments to ensure quality and efficiency are regularly met.
This position is responsible for the direct oversight of the overall operations of preanalytical operations consisting of the training of all personnel compliance training monitoring quality of the department monitor and improve productivity and maintaining HIPAA. The laboratory is located in Central New Jersey.
Responsibilities :
- Daily operations of department
- Directly supervise train and mentor senior staff and supervisors
- Research and resolve any escalated production issues
- Produces metrics regarding daily workflow and maintain consistent results
- Verifying all processes from sample delivery to laboratory operations for accuracy
- Oversee safety of the department
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures for Specimen Processing in line with all CLIA CAP and NYS regulations.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Biology Medical Technology)
