ABOUT US :
We represent secured creditors, banks, lenders, investors and foreclosure trustees, in both transactional, litigation and bankruptcy matters. We are a growing firm and are looking for someone who is career oriented and ready to grow with our firm.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Represent clients with respect to assigned matters including but not limited to referrals relating non-routine litigation, replevins, surplus funds, bankruptcy and title / transactional matters
- Appear in court and argue motion necessary to completion of both routine and contested foreclosure, eviction, title disputes, collection, replevin and bankruptcy matters
- Draft, review and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, Rule 11 / settlement agreements, etc. in furtherance of active litigation files
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status
- Analyze loan files, title reports and research and analyze case law and provide advice and recommendations to clients
- Manage case load of contested matters on behalf of residential and commercial mortgage lenders and other secured creditors
- Utilize case management system and client sites to properly update and document the status of each account
