Starting Pay: $19.00/hour Tips
Holiday Pay: 1.5x pay on worked holidays

Position Overview:
As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable customer experiences, supporting store operations, and fostering a great place to work. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll help ensure exceptional service, operational excellence, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations
- Ensure store safety and manage risk through proactive measures, effective escalation, and responsive actions.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and embody team-building, recognition, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with store personnel, management, and corporate departments such as HR, IT, and finance.
Customer Service & Sales
- Oversee daily store operations, prioritizing tasks under the direction of the General Manager.
- Manage sales floor activities, optimize resources, and strategically position team members.
- Act as the main point of contact for Corporate and vendors when other management is unavailable.
- Uphold exemplary customer service, manage escalated issues, and maintain cleanliness, safety, and branding standards.
- Use the MICROS system for sales and inventory tracking.
People Management
- Assist with payroll, scheduling, interviewing, and training alongside HR.
- Develop and mentor Chocolateers through coaching, feedback, and empowerment.
- Support employee relations functions and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Serve as a role model and resource for team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-building and leadership skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (MICROS experience preferred)
- Knowledge of restaurant or retail management techniques
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment, with 6 months in a supervisory role
Working Conditions:
- Occasionally able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be willing to travel as needed
